Injection Characteristics. The maximally usable injection rate is subject to the following characteristic restriction: • The customer shall be entitled to use up to a working gas account balance of WGABI1 the contracted total of injection rate (IR100%) up to 100 %. • From a working gas account balance of WGABI1 up to a working gas account balance of WGABI2 the customer shall be entitled to use an injection rate up to IRred1. • From a working gas account balance of WGABI2 up to a working gas account balance of WGABI3 the customer shall be entitled to use an injection rate up to IRred2. • From a working gas account balance of WGABI3 up to a working gas account balance of WGAB100 % the customer shall be entitled to use an injection rate up to IRred3.
