Common use of Injection Characteristics Clause in Contracts

Injection Characteristics. The maximally usable injection rate is subject to the following characteristic restriction: • The customer shall be entitled to use up to a working gas account balance of WGABI the contracted total of injection rate (IR100%) up to 100 %. • From a working gas account balance of WGABI up to a working gas account balance of 95 % of the totally contracted working gas volume (WGABint) the customer shall be en- titled to use an injection rate up to IRred. • From a working gas account balance of WGABint up to a working gas account balance of WGAB100 % customer shall be entitled to use an injection rate up to IRred but on an in- terruptible basis only, i.e. depending on VGS’s ability and capability. The following characteristic parameters result from the firm capacities of working gas volume and injection rate contracted by the customer: Service Period IR100 % IRred WGABI WGABInt WGAB100 %
