Common use of Inoculation or Immunization Expenses Clause in Contracts

Inoculation or Immunization Expenses. The Employer agrees to pay all expenses for inoculation or immunization shots for the employee and for members of an employee's family when such becomes necessary as a result of said employee's exposure to contagious diseases where an employee covered by this contract has been exposed to said disease in the line of duty.
