Common use of Inputs and Outputs Clause in Contracts

Inputs and Outputs. Company, Company’s Customers, and their respective Users may interact with the AI Features by submitting queries, instructions, or prompts (“Inputs”), which may generate text, visualizations, summaries, or other forms of content in response (“Outputs”). Company is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all data input into the AI Features. Outputs generated by the AI Features are provided "as is" and may be based on probabilistic models; Company must not rely on such Outputs without independent verification. GoodData disclaims all warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI- generated Outputs.
