Inquiries from Settlement Class Members. a. It shall be the responsibility of the Settlement Administrator to respond to all inquiries from or on behalf of potential Settlement Class Members with respect to this Settlement except to the extent that inquiries are directed to Class Counsel. Class Counsel and Counsel for Defendant must both approve any FAQs or other materials the Settlement Administrator may use to answer inquiries and shall confer and assist the Settlement Administrator as it requests.
