The 'Insecticides or Poisons' clause regulates the use, storage, and handling of chemical substances such as insecticides or poisons within the scope of the agreement. Insecticides or Poisons. If insecticides or poisons are used, the District will notify unit members of the names of the chemicals in advance of their use. The District will apply them only at times when unit members and pupils are not present.

  • TOXIC SUBSTANCES Each Contractor furnishing a toxic substance as defined by Section 875 of the Labor Law, shall provide such Authorized User with not less than two copies of a material safety data sheet, which sheet shall include for each such substance the information outlined in Section 876 of the Labor Law. Before any chemical product is used or applied on or in any building, a copy of the product label and Material Safety Data Sheet must be provided to and approved by the Authorized User agency representative.

  • Explosives Explosives or other highly flammable substances shall not be stored or used on Railroad's property without the prior written approval of Railroad.

  • Mold The Contractor shall take steps to prevent mold from developing on the Site, or being released into the air and shall promptly decontaminate any areas of mold that develop.
