Insider Contracts. A.11.1 The Company is not party to any contract or arrangement in which any of the Warrantors or any person connected with any of them is interested, directly or indirectly. A.11.2 The Company is not party to, nor has its profits or turnover during the five financial periods ended on the Accounts Date been affected by, any contract or arrangement which is not of an entirely arm's length nature. A.11.3 None of the Sellers nor any person connected with any of them is a party to any outstanding agreement or arrangement for the provision of finance, goods, services or other facilities to or by the Company or in any way relating to the Company or its affairs.
