Common use of Insider Contracts Clause in Contracts

Insider Contracts. There are no contracts, agreements, purchase orders, commitments, leases, understandings or arrangements, including loan arrangements, between CHC and its stockholders or any affiliate thereof not otherwise disclosed herein or in the Exhibits contained in the Exhibit Volume and none shall be entered into by CHC from the date hereof through the Closing Date without the prior written consent of Rx Medical.
