Insight Responsibilities. Insight is responsible for the following: 1. Insight will provide the applicable and necessary labor, supervision, maintenance, consultation, and/or materials to perform the Services and provide the Deliverables described in this SOW. For purposes of this SOW, “Deliverables” means any materials produced in the course of performing Services listed or specifically required to be delivered to Client under this SOW.
Insight Responsibilities. 1. Insight will participate in performance reviews, status updates, work planning meetings, and other meetings as required and scheduled by the State of Iowa to monitor and track performance and delivery of Services under these Program Terms. 2. Insight will work collaboratively with OCIO and other State agencies, including the State IT workforce and State IT Vendors supporting existing IT Infrastructure Services, to ensure that Endpoint Devices perform satisfactorily. 3. Insight will work at the direction of the State to manage Endpoint Devices in conformance with State security requirements. 4. Insight will participate in the State’s Continuity of Operation / Continuity of Government planning exercises upon request, to include, but not be limited to, providing information concerning the State’s Endpoint Device fleet, participating in desktop exercises, or otherwise assisting the State in disaster recovery planning activities upon request. 5. Insight will comply with all State of Iowa standards, policies, procedures, processes, and directives concerning the services described herein and further provided at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/standards. 6. Insight will provide all onsite Vendor Personnel with Insight shirts that will be worn while providing service for any State end users. 7. Insight will conform with the unique requirements of each specific State location as necessary to gain authorized access to their buildings and/or facilities. 8. Insight will ensure all Vendor Personnel assigned to the State of Iowa complete the State of Iowa Security Awareness Training and sign all confidentiality agreements provided by the State of Iowa on a schedule required by the State of Iowa. 9. Insight will provide its own facilities for Service Desk and Level II Support. Insight will provide limited inventory storage for active service requests.
Insight Responsibilities. For all work performed under the Contract, Insight shall define and apply a structured methodology to perform the SOW activities, adjusting the methodology as appropriate to meet the HHSC needs to mitigate risk and meet identified requirements. Insight shall follow the project management methodologies that are consistent with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Insight’s staff and Subcontractors are to follow this consistent methodology. Additional requirements necessitate Insight to identify, evaluate, and recommend hardware, software, and services as needed to operate, maintain and refresh the HHSC Enterprise Network environments. Insight may be required to perform assessments and provide recommendations for any systems and technologies within the general scope of this SOW, to include, but may not be limited to: • Evaluations, comparisons, integration strategies and feasibility studies including commercial-off-the shelf software (COTS); • Technology forecasting; • Technology upgrades; and • System concept feasibility. For all work performed under the SOW, Insight shall assist and support HHSC’s desire to implement an organizational service model based on the ITIL methodology and framework. Insight shall provide assessments, recommendations, and all necessary support to aid HHSC’s evolution to a mature ITIL service catalog, including all necessary recommendations and best practices. Insight shall maintain a complete and updated ITIL service catalog. All Insight Personnel shall provide ongoing knowledge transfer to include maintenance, operations, technical, and planning services to HHSC staff throughout the term of the Contract. Insight shall automatically open service tickets for outstanding corrective actions that stem from a Root Cause Analysis (RCA), audit reports/findings, vulnerability scans, or any other source of input as identified by HHSC as applicable. Insight shall maintain in good standing throughout the life of the Contract any certifications proposed as part of the response to indicate the company’s process quality and maturity. The HHSC scope of services, as described in this SOW, establishes a fixed-price for ITIL-based services furnishing overall operational management, administration, architect and engineering services for the HHSC, DSHS and TIERS Networks.   • Resident Responsibilities The Resident agrees to pay all fees specified, to observe all rules and regulations of the University of Connecticut and to abide by the Responsibilities of Community Life: The Student Code, this contract and any addendum, as well as other University publications/policies. Residents assume total responsibility for their room/suite/apartment/house and for the behavior and activities which occur within all assigned living areas. Applicants and/or residents cannot exchange money or favors for a room assignment. Failure to fulfill the terms of the above may lead to termination of this contract, removal from on-campus housing, and a community standards process resulting in a sanction, including but not limited to expulsion.
