Common use of Insight Tangible Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Insight Tangible Personal Property. All tangible personal property that is owned, leased, held for use or used in connection with Insight's Cable Business and in which Insight or any Affiliate of Insight has, or acquires prior to Closing, any right, title or interest, including towers, tower equipment, aboveground and underground cable, distribution systems, headend amplifiers, line amplifiers, microwave equipment, converters, testing equipment, motor vehicles, office equipment, computers and billing equipment, furniture, fixtures, supplies, inventory and other physical assets, the principal items of which, including all motor vehicles, are described on Schedule 1.33.
