Common use of Inspection and Acceptance Criteria Clause in Contracts

Inspection and Acceptance Criteria. All Work is subject to written acceptance by each JBE. The JBE will apply the acceptance criteria set forth in the applicable Scope of Work and Specifications (Exhibit 4) and the acceptance criteria set forth in the Acceptance and Signoff Form (Attachment 1) (including timeliness, completeness, technical accuracy, and conformance to statistical, industry or marketplace standards) to determine acceptance or rejection of the Work. Contractor will not be paid for any rejected Goods, Services, or Deliverables. 3.1 The JBE may use the attached Acceptance and Signoff Form (Attachment 1) to notify Contractor of the acceptance or rejection of the Goods, Services, or Deliverables. END OF EXHIBIT EXHIBIT 4 – Scope of Work and Specifications This Scope of Work and Specifications is subject to and incorporated into the Agreement and applicable Participating Addendum between Contractor and the JBE. The Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement and applicable Participating Addendum with respect to the Work to be provided under this Scope of Work and Specifications.
