Common use of Inspection and cure Clause in Contracts

Inspection and cure. Not earlier than 90 (ninety) days before Termination prior to the expiry of the Agreement but not later than 15 (fifteen) days before the effective date of such Termination, the Authority shall verify, after giving due notice to the Service Provider specifying the time, date and venue of such verification and/or inspection, of the Specialised Wagons/▇▇▇▇▇, and if required, cause appropriate tests to be carried out at the Service Provider’s cost for this purpose. The Service Provider shall at its own cost and expense, cure defaults if any, in the Specialised Wagons and the provisions of Article 23 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in relation to curing of defects or deficiencies under this Article 22.
