Common use of Inspection and Information Clause in Contracts

Inspection and Information. At reasonable intervals during the Lease Term and at any time at which a Lease Default has occurred and is continuing, the Program Lessor and its representatives shall have the right, but not the duty, to inspect the 99% 1999-A Vehicle SUBI Certificate and all records relating thereto, including all records relating to the receipt or distribution of funds with respect to the 99% 1999-A Vehicle SUBI Certificate.
