Common use of Inspection and Survey Reports Clause in Contracts

Inspection and Survey Reports. if the Lenders shall so request, the Borrowers shall permit the Lenders to inspect the Vessels and shall provide the Lenders with copies of all internally generated inspection or survey reports on the Vessels, provided, however, that if the Vessels are found in satisfactory condition, the cost of such inspections shall be borne by the Borrowers not more than once a year;
