Inspection and Survey Reports. Upon the reasonable request of the Agent, the Borrower shall provide the Agent with copies of all internally generated inspection or survey reports on the Vessels and shall, if the Agent so reasonably requests, cause the Vessels to be surveyed on an annual basis by a surveyor appointed by the Agent. All costs arising in connection with any such survey or surveys (including, but not limited to, the fees of the relevant surveyor or firm of surveyors appointed by the Agent to make such survey or surveys) shall be borne by the Borrower.
