Common use of Inspection by Lessor Clause in Contracts

Inspection by Lessor. Upon reasonable prior notice to Lessee, Lessor, its employees and agents, may from time to time (whether before or after the commencement of a nonjudicial or judicial foreclosure proceeding), enter and inspect the Facility 1 Property for the purpose of determining the existence, location, nature and magnitude of any past or present release or threatened release of any Hazardous Materials into, onto, beneath or from the Facility 1 Property.

Inspection by Lessor. Upon reasonable prior notice to Lessee, Lessor, its employees and agents, may from time to time (whether before or after the commencement of a nonjudicial or judicial foreclosure proceeding), enter and inspect the Facility 1 2 Property for the purpose of determining the existence, location, nature and magnitude of any past or present release or threatened release of any Hazardous Materials into, onto, beneath or from the Facility 1 2 Property.

Upon reasonable prior notice to Lessee, Lessor, its employees and agents, may from time to time (whether before or after the commencement of a nonjudicial or judicial foreclosure proceeding), enter and inspect the Facility 1 Property for the purpose of determining the existence, location, nature and magnitude of any past or present release or threatened release of any Hazardous Materials into, onto, beneath or from the Facility 1 Property, provided that any such Person so entering and inspecting the Property shall do so in compliance with the PG&E Agreements and without materially disrupting the operations of Lessee.

Inspection by Lessor. Upon reasonable prior notice to Lessee, Lessor, its employees and agents, may from time to time (whether before or after the commencement of a nonjudicial or judicial foreclosure proceeding), enter and inspect the Facility 1 Property (including, without limitation, the contents of any groundwater monitoring well▇ ▇▇ the Property, which groundwater monitoring well▇ Lessee shall periodically sample as required by Environmental Laws) for the purpose of determining the existence, location, nature and magnitude of any past or present release or threatened release of any Hazardous Materials into, onto, beneath or from the Facility 1 Property.
