Common use of Inspection by the Authority Clause in Contracts

Inspection by the Authority. 10.4.1 The Authority, may inspect each Specialized Wagon/ Rake, in accordance with the provisions of this Article 10.4, prior to completion of procurement and supply of the ▇▇▇▇▇ by the Service Provider. 10.4.2 The Service Provider shall notify the Authority, no later than 45 (forty five) days prior to the completion of procurement and supply of the ▇▇▇▇▇ by the Service Provider. The Authority may, in its discretion, nominate its representative to carry out an inspection on the scheduled date and time. 10.4.3 The Service Provider shall provide the assistance necessary for the Authority Representative to perform the inspection in accordance with the provisions of this Article 10.4.
