Common use of Inspection by the Lessor Clause in Contracts

Inspection by the Lessor. The Lessee shall allow the Lessor and the Lessor’s representatives, at reasonable times and with reasonable notice, to enter the Jigmeling Site and inspect its condition and status, verify compliance with the Lessee’s obligations under the Lease, and exercise any of the Lessor’s rights.
