Common use of Inspection of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Certificates. For the purpose of expediting the checking and packaging of the certificates for the Shares, the Company agrees to make the certificates available for inspection by the Representative at the place designated by the Representative at least one full business day prior to the proposed delivery date.

For the purpose of expediting the checking and packaging of the certificates for the SharesStocks and Warrants, the Company agrees to make the certificates available for inspection by the Representative at the place designated by office of the Representative Representative, set forth above in Fort Lauderdale, Florida at least one full business day prior to the proposed delivery date.
