Common use of Inspection of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Certificates. For the purpose of expediting the checking and packaging of the cer­tificates for the Units, if requested by the Underwriter, the Company agrees to make the certificates available for inspection by the Underwriter at the main office of the Underwriter in Greenwood Village, Colorado, at least two full business days prior to the proposed delivery date.
