Common use of Inspection of Documents Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Documents. The Contractor shall make available to the County, and 8 the County may examine at any time during business hours and as often as the County deems 9 necessary, all of the Contractor’s records and data with respect to the matters covered by this 10 Agreement, excluding attorney-client privileged communications. The Contractor shall, upon 11 request by the County, permit the County to audit and inspect all of such records and data to 12 ensure the Contractor’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
