Inspection of Material. Contractor shall inspect all Material used in the performance of the Work, whether or not furnished by AT&T, for defects or hazardous conditions which could cause property damage, personal injury, or otherwise affect the quality of the Work. Contractor shall report all defects or hazardous conditions to an AT&T representative as soon as the defect has been identified.
