Common use of Inspection of Project Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Project. The Company agrees that the Priority Agent, Administrative Agent, the Independent Engineer and other consultants engaged by the Administrative Agent may visit the Project at any time and from time to time after reasonable notice (and the reasonable costs and expenses of such Person incurred in connection with such visit shall be paid by Company) so long as such visit does not unreasonably interfere with the construction, operation, maintenance, start-up or testing of the Project.
