(a) Keep proper books of records and account in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP (or as otherwise instructed by Managing Member) and all Requirements of Law shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities activities, and (b) permit representatives of any Lender to visit and inspect any of its properties and examine and make abstracts from any of its books and records at any reasonable time and as often as may reasonably be desired and to discuss the business, operations, properties assets and financial and other condition of the Parent Borrower and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees of Custodian and Administrator in accordance with the Parent Borrower Custody and its Subsidiaries Administration Agreement and with its Borrower’s independent certified public accountants.

Borrower shall permit representatives of any Lender the Bank to visit and inspect any of its properties the Collateral, and examine and make abstracts from and copies of any of its Borrower's books and records at any reasonable time and as often as may reasonably be desired by the Bank, and to discuss the business, operations, properties properties, and financial and other condition of the Parent Borrower and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees of the Parent Borrower and its Subsidiaries such parties, and with its their independent certified public accountants.

(a) Keep proper books of records and account in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP and all Requirements of Law applicable to it shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities and (b) permit representatives of any Lender to visit and inspect any of its properties and examine and make abstracts from any of its books and records at any reasonable time during normal business hours and as often as may reasonably be desired and to discuss the business, operations, properties and financial and other condition of the Parent Borrower and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees of the Parent Borrower and its Subsidiaries and with its independent certified public accountants.

Inspection of Property; Books and Records; Discussions. (a) Keep proper books of records and account in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP and in all Requirements material respects in conformity with all requirements of Law law shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities activities; and (b) permit representatives of any Lender and any Agent to visit and inspect any of its properties and examine and make abstracts from any of its books and records at any reasonable time and as often as may reasonably be desired and to discuss the business, operations, properties and financial and other condition of the Parent Borrower and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees of the Parent Borrower and its Subsidiaries and with its independent certified public accountants, provided that discussions with the independent certified accountants shall be arranged by the Borrower.

(a) Keep proper books of records and account in which full, true and correct entries in conformity in all material respects with GAAP and all Requirements of Law shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities activities; and (b) permit representatives of any Lender to visit and inspect any of its properties and examine and make abstracts from any of its books and records at any upon reasonable time prior notice and during normal business hours and as often as may reasonably be desired and to discuss the business, operations, properties and financial and other condition of the Parent Borrower and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees of the Parent Borrower and its Subsidiaries and with its independent certified public accountants.

(a) Keep proper books of records and account in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP and all Requirements of Law shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities and (b) permit representatives of any Lender Lender, coordinated through the Administrative Agents, to visit and inspect any of its properties and examine and make abstracts from any of its books and records at any reasonable time and as often as may reasonably be desired and to discuss the business, operations, properties and financial and other condition of Holdings, the Parent Borrower and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees of Holdings, the Parent Borrower and its Subsidiaries and with its independent certified public accountants.

(a) Keep proper books of records and account in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP and all Requirements of Law shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities and (b) permit representatives of any Lender to visit and inspect any of its properties and examine and and, at the Borrowers' expense, make abstracts from any of its books and records at any reasonable time and as often as may reasonably be desired and to discuss the business, operations, properties and financial and other condition of the Parent Borrower Holdings and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees of the Parent Borrower Holdings and its Subsidiaries and with its their respective independent certified public accountants.

(a) Keep proper books of records and account accounts in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP and all Requirements of Law shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities activities; and (b) permit representatives of the Agent and any Lender to visit and inspect any of its properties Properties and examine and make abstracts from any of its books and records at any reasonable time and as often as may reasonably be desired and to discuss the business, operations, properties Properties and financial and other condition of the Parent Borrower and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees of the Parent Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries and with its independent certified public accountants.
