Inspection of Samples Sample Clauses

The 'Inspection of Samples' clause grants one party the right to examine or test samples of goods or materials before final acceptance or purchase. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for providing samples, the standards or criteria for inspection, and the timeframe within which the inspection must occur. By allowing for the evaluation of quality and conformity to specifications prior to full delivery, this clause helps prevent disputes over defective or non-conforming goods and ensures that the buyer receives products that meet agreed-upon requirements.
