Common use of Inspection of Site Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Site. 1) The Contractor shall be deemed to have inspected the Site prior to the submission of his tender and to have satisfied himself as to the nature of the ground, the access to the Site, the availability of water, electricity and labour and all other factors affecting the execution and completion of the Works and to have allowed for all these factors in preparing his tender. 2) Before making his visit or visits to the Site the Contractor shall obtain the permission of the Director of Works.
