Common use of Inspection of System Clause in Contracts

Inspection of System. Trustees’ inspections of the System during construction shall be allowed in accordance with Section 11.1. In no event shall Trustees’ inspections of the System be interpreted as making Trustees responsible for, and Licensee acknowledges that Trustees are not responsible for, the design or construction of the System. If Licensee discovers any artifacts during excavation and/or construction, Licensee shall stop all affected work and notify Trustees.
