Common use of Inspection of the Project Clause in Contracts

Inspection of the Project. City agrees that Issuer and its duly authorized agents shall have the right at all reasonable times during business hours of City to enter upon the Project and to examine and inspect the Project. City further agrees that Issuer and its duly authorized agents shall have such rights of access to the Project as may be reasonably necessary for the proper maintenance of the Project in the event of failure by City to perform its obligations under Section 5.5 hereof. Issuer and its duly authorized agents shall also be permitted, at all reasonable times during business hours of City, to examine the books, records, reports and other papers of City with respect to the Project.
