Inspection of the Project. The City agrees that the Authority, the Bondholder and their duly authorized agents who are acceptable to the City shall have the right at reasonable times during business hours, subject to the City’s usual safety and security requirements to examine and inspect the Project without interference or prejudice to the City’s operations.
