Common use of Inspection of the Project Clause in Contracts

Inspection of the Project. The County and the Authority agree that the Bondholders or their duly authorized agents shall have the right at all reasonable times to enter upon the Project and to examine and inspect the Project. The Authority and its duly authorized agents shall also be permitted, at all reasonable times, to examine the books, records, reports and other papers of the County and the Authority with respect to the Project.
