Common use of Inspection Procedures Clause in Contracts

Inspection Procedures. The grantee must establish written inspection pro- cedures. The procedures must include detailed inspection checklists, descrip- tion of how and by whom inspections will be carried out, and procedures for training and certifying qualified in- spectors. The procedures must also de- scribe how frequently the property will be inspected, consistent with section § 93.404(d).
