Common use of Inspections and Audit Clause in Contracts

Inspections and Audit. 6.1. The PeoplePlus shall be entitled to inspect and audit the use of the Platform and/or Services used by the Client and the Client agrees to provide all required assistance as PeoplePlus may need. 6.2. If required, the Client shall on request always allow PeoplePlus access to its premises for all reasonable purposes connected with the delivery of the services and during normal operating times for the premises and at other times by agreement if applicable provided that Government lockdown rules or other Government action preventing access is not in force
