Inspections and Testing. A. OWNER shall be responsible for performing materials testing. In addition to the materials testing performed by Contractor, the Town may conduct Quality Assurance testing at its own discretion. B. Contractor shall coordinate its construction schedule with the testing agency and Town so that key inspection points may be observed. If Contractor fails to provide reasonably adequate notice or proceeds without the required inspection, the subject work shall be re- exposed or redone in its entirety, while the inspector is present. No extra compensation shall be awarded to Contractor for extra work due to Contractor's failure to coordinate inspections with the testing agency or the Town.
