Common use of Inspections Permitted Clause in Contracts

Inspections Permitted. Between the date of this Plan and the Effective Date, HBI shall have afforded MBI and its authorized agents and representatives reasonable access during normal business hours to the properties, operations, books, records, Contracts, documents, loan files and other information of or relating to HBI or the HBI Banks. HBI and the HBI Banks shall have caused all HBI and the HBI Banks' personnel to provide reasonable assistance to MBI in its investigations of all matters related to HBI and the HBI Banks.
