Installation and Copies. Licensee may install on Licensee's computers for use only by Licensee's employees and Contractors as many instances of the Software as is designated in the applicable invoice. Licensee may not make copies of the Software unless otherwise set forth in an applicable invoice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensee may make a copy of the Software for back-up purposes.
