Installation and Maintenance Standards. Frontier's Attachments shall be installed and maintained in accordance with the rules, requirements and specifications of the National Electrical Code, National Electrical Safety Code, Bellcore Construction Practices, the FCC, the Commission, the Occupational Safety & Health Act and the valid and lawful rules, requirements and specifications of any other governing authority having jurisdiction over the subject matter.
