INSTALLATION AND SOFTWARE LICENSES. 4.1 Installation Process; ZettaLync and or its agents may, from time to time, supply ZettaLync hardware/software to be installed within the customer premise as requested to deliver the service. Costs associated for the installation of services by ZettaLync and or its agents shall be as ZettaLync forth in the Complete Agreement, including any additional agreements or addendums agreed to by the parties. Customer may choose to self-install the software, hardware and services at customer’s own risk and expense. ZettaLync Technical and Trouble Support for customer self-installed Equipment, Software, or Services will be charged at the current prevailing wage for those services.
