INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT. ▇▇▇ shall be solely responsible for providing Customers with installation, maintenance and technical integration support with respect to Software. Distributor shall notify ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ as soon as possible, and within no more than twenty-four (24) hours or one (1) Business Day, whichever period is longer, of Distributor's receipt of any Customer request for support or assistance with respect to Software.
