Installation Fees. The Owner shall be jointly and severally responsible, with the Subscriber, for payment of the Installation Fee in the event of an initial installation, or a re-installation if more than sixty (60) days have passed since the Broadband Internet Service was disconnected, as set forth in Section 4(d) of the Agreement.
