INSTALLATION OF FENCING. The Developer shall ensure that all fencing for the Property conforms to the Final Plans and the requirements of Section 6.5 of the LDC. Fencing shall require separate permits and approvals from the City prior to construction/installation. The Developer agrees to install all fencing as illustrated on the Final Plans for the Property. Installation of the fencing must be completed prior to the issuance of the first certificate of occupancy of the Property.
