Installation of Services. Nonrecurring charges apply to each service installed by one Party for use by the other Party. The Parties agree to apportion nonrecurring charges for shared Connecting Facilities and other equipment based on the percentage of allocation of monthly costs contained in Section I (A) of this attachment.
