Installation of the Project. Each Party shall be responsible for the protection and care of the Project equipment and materials of the other Party while in the control or possession of such receiving Party or its subcontractors. Subcontractor shall make regular and diligent progress to complete the installation and energization of the Project in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
