Installation Review Clause Samples

The Installation Review clause establishes a process for evaluating and verifying the proper completion of installed equipment, systems, or materials. Typically, this clause outlines the steps for inspection, testing, and approval by relevant parties, such as the owner or an independent inspector, before the installation is deemed accepted. Its core practical function is to ensure that all installations meet the required standards and specifications, thereby preventing defects, disputes, or the need for costly corrections after project completion.
