Common use of Installations and Additions Clause in Contracts

Installations and Additions. Tenant shall remove its Trade Fixtures and Personal Property (as defined in Section 7.03) from the Premises during the Term, provided that Tenant restores any damage to the Premises caused thereby. The Building and all other improvements located on the Land, including, but not limited to, all structural components of the Building and all plumbing, heating, lighting, electrical and air conditioning fixtures and equipment, and other articles of personal property used exclusively in the operation of the Premises (but excluding Trade Fixtures and Personal property), whether or not attached or affixed to the Premises, together with all Alterations which by the terms of this Lease become the property of Landlord, shall be and remain a part of the Premises and shall constitute the property of Landlord
