Common use of Installations in the Premises Clause in Contracts

Installations in the Premises. Subject to the provisions of Section 41.1, Tenant shall permit Landlord to install, use and maintain pipes, ducts and conduits within or through the Premises, or through the walls, columns and ceilings therein, provided that the installation work is performed at such times and by such methods as will not reduce the usable space in the Premises or unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s use and occupancy of the Premises, or damage the appearance thereof.
