Common use of Installed Capacity Clause in Contracts

Installed Capacity. 3.3.1 The SPD shall configure the Project with the objective of supplying solar power to the Buying Entity. Accordingly, the Project Capacity, i.e. the Installed Capacity shall mean the rated capacity of the Solar Power Project. 3.3.2 The above configuration shall be identified as the “installed capacity” for which connectivity has been granted to the SPPD/SPD under the UPERC Regulations. Also, any change in Delivery Point is allowed up to the date as on twelve (12) Months after the Effective Date. The above change in Delivery Point shall be allowed by UPPCL only in case the scheduled commissioning date of the Grid Substation of the proposed revised Delivery Point is on or before the scheduled commissioning date of the existing Delivery Point of the Project, at the time of seeking approval of such change in Delivery Points by the SPD from UPPCL.

The above change in Delivery Point shall be allowed by UPPCL SECI only in case the scheduled commissioning date of the Grid Substation ISTS-substation of the proposed revised Delivery Point is on or before the scheduled commissioning date of the existing Delivery Point of the Project, at the time of seeking approval of such change in Delivery Points by the SPD from UPPCLSECI.
