During the employee work year, the normal workday for full-time instructional aides shall work a be seven (7) hour day, hours or eight (8) hours inclusive of a fortyduty-free lunch of twenty-five minute lunchminutes. 2. The work year for instructional aides B.1 shall not preclude the assignment of overtime work. Overtime shall be distributed as equitably as possible subject to the same as for teachers employed on needs of the District and all employees shall be expected to work a tenreasonable amount of overtime, when needed.
