Common use of Instructional Faculty Clause in Contracts

Instructional Faculty. a. The peer evaluator and/or the administrator will observe at least one of the instructor’s classes. The classes to be observed will be mutually agreed upon. If the instructor teaches any correspondence courses, the I.S.P. Director will work with the peer evaluator to choose three representative samples of correspondence coursework to evaluate. The instructor will also choose three representative samples of coursework to be evaluated in lieu of an in-person observation. b. The evaluator(s) will summarize their observations using Form B.
