The Chief Academic Officer of the College or the Chief Academic Officer’s designee may upon mutual agreement assign a faculty member non-instructional activities such as course, program or curriculum development, professional development activities or administrative duties; provided that the faculty member is qualified to perform such activities in lieu of a proportional number of instructional units. It is understood that the usual place of work for professors/instructors is on the campus or other approved educational facilities.‌
