Examples of when to use this Agreement include when the party is participating as a: Speaker Lecturer Presenter Debate participant Panel participant Contest judge Coursera participant Online course participant iTunes University speaker This Agreement can be issued to the individual speaker/participant or to an agent or agency representing the speaker/participant. This Speaker/Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the University of Pittsburgh - Of the Commonwealth System of Higher Education ("University") and ________________________________ (“Speaker/Participant”). Speaker/Participant warrants that it is the sole owner of (or has the rights to use) the content and materials presented and grants the University a limited, free, perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use the text and recordings of the content and materials only for internal University use and replay in any medium as the University desires.
